Fees for Completed Services

Appointments that are missed without appropriate notice may also be subject to the applicable cancellation or missed-appointment fee.

Clients may remain responsible for applicable charges, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or other amounts permitted under their individual financial agreement and applicable requirements.
